The ProjectA dialog window for selecting a project folder is outputted automatically when you start the compiler. Click on the button marked "Project Folder" and either create a new folder or select an existing folder. If a project is already contained in this folder, it will be opened and loaded automatically.
Once you have selected the project folder click on OK to reveal the Compiler's main window.
